This biodynamic Baga is crafted to express the complexity of grapes handpicked from different sites in Bairrada. Each parcel is fermented separately then assembled to create the unique Dinamica blend. 

The 2022 vintage is vivid and fruity as always, with bright strawberry and plum notes and low alcohol. Don t let its easy-drinking nature fool you though, this packs bags of complexity and depth behind its crisp, silky-tannined frame. Black pepper, aniseed, laurel and thyme all mingle and merge together beautifully.

Great with a charcuterie platter, or a crunchy vegetable salad, or grilled fish, or poultry, or hard cheeses. Or pretty much anything you like. This is as versatile as it is fun.
