Description

The Vignerons de Terres Secretes co-operative make some of our best-selling fizz in their charming blanc de blancs, so we decided we had to try their Pinot Noir-Chardonnay blend as well!

The vines are located between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais mountains. The vines grow in clay-limestone soils and the wine is made in the traditional méthode champenoise. 2 years ageing on lees.

Lovely balance between richness and freshness, with hints of pastry and almond alongside fresh apple and white peach fruit. Soft persistent bubbles and a long dry finish make for a very classy bubbly for the price!
