Description

This is a delicious bottle of Chablis. It has concentrated fruit, it is very pure and elegant, with a crisp finish, this is lovely now but will develop over the next few years.

This producer is a partnership between Gilles and Nathalie Fevre, they met at university, Gilles takes care of the viticulture while Nathalie oversees the vinification. They have also been joined by their daughter, who is a winemaker in her own right.

They have 50 hectares of vines, all planted on the highly prized Kimmerdigian limestone. 33 hectares are used for village Chablis, the rest is either planted on premier or grand cru sites. They are now entirely certified organic from the 2022 vintage onwards!

They have quickly become a producer to watch, making very fine wines, made in stainless steel, and happen to be vegan.
