Winemaker Peter Hall looks after 6 hectares in the South Downs national park, he also tends after 40 Lambs that graze the hills and vineyards. The wines are named after friends and family of Peter, he only makes small quantities of each cuvee.

A previous neighbour of Peter s that regularly bonded with the winemaker over their shared love of music (and Breaky Bottom wines of course)

A classic Champagne blend that has a classic English acidity with a focus on baked apple with a slight honeyed note followed up with an unmistakable lemon sherbet finish.
