Since 1982, Bernard Moreau has skilfully overseen his family Domaine nestled in the Mâconnais, situated near the charming village of Chardonnay, sharing its name with the famed grape. Drawing from 60-year-old vines rooted in calcareous soils with excellent sun exposure, Moreau s meticulous approach creates a wine of depth and concentration. The 2021 vintage, according to Jancis Robinson, brings a blend of abundant fruit and refreshing qualities to the whites.

Bernard employs sustainable, environmentally friendly vineyard practices, resulting in a well-balanced wine. Expect creamy roundness, ripe pear intertwined with crisp minerality, and finesse.
