Fitapreta farm organically, they have vines on many different sites, and make this wine from a blend of several different grape varieties. This helps with building layers of flavour and keeping the wine fresh and balanced. Some of the varieties used are super rare, such as Tamarez or Rabo de Ovelha, where only a few rows of vines remain.
