A crisp and refreshing unoaked Chardonnay made by Boutinot winemaker Samantha Bailey. A far cry from the butter-bombs many associate with Australian Chardonnay this is a lovely example from the cool climate of Victoria.

White peach and tangerine aromas lead into a light, dry palate with subtle mineral notes. An easygoing Chardonnay, perfect for white fish and salads.
